# I opened a Web3 site but didn't see Sentinel3 scanning it. Why?

Web3 interaction is required to trigger Sentinel3 to scan a website. For some sites, it triggers automatically. For others, you need to do it, for example, by attempting to connect your wallet or execute a transaction/signature.

[**Personal signatures aren't scanned by Sentinel3 because they don't execute anything on-chain**](https://docs.kerberus.com/kerberus/frequently-asked-questions/software-faq/are-there-any-signatures-that-sentinel3-doesnt-scan).

{% hint style="warning" %}
If you don't see Sentinel3's loader when attempting a transaction or signature, it could be one of the following:

1\) You added the website to your allowed list. You can check this by clicking on the extension.

2\) The website is interacting with a testnet which Sentinel3 doesn't scan or protect on.

3\) The website is a blockchain explorer which Sentinel3 doesn't scan or protect on.

4\) Something is making it malfunction. [**Please reach out to us on Discord if this happens**](https://www.discord.gg/Kerberus).
