If you get a red/yellow popup and believe it shouldn't have happened, [**read this**](/kerberus/frequently-asked-questions/software-faq/sentinel3-alerted-a-site-and-i-believe-it-shouldnt-have.md).

If you get a red/yellow popup and you believe it's a scam, **you don't need to take any action**. You should be safe if you haven't ignored the popup and transacted, signed, or shared your seed phrase—no need to revoke any permissions ([**Sentinel3 can't protect you from malicious downloads**](/kerberus/frequently-asked-questions/software-faq/is-sentinel3-an-antivirus.md)).

If you're not sure, you can create a ticket at [**our Discord**](https://discord.gg/kerberus)**,** and we'll help you.
